The hotel is conveniently located near the subway line, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to a variety of shops and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and top-notch amenities such as Nespresso machines and clothes steamers.
The breakfast options were limited and not up to the standards expected from a five-star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many restaurants around and the metro station very near, making it easily accessible to explore the city. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a rest area in the lobby where we could relax while waiting to check in.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Conveniently located in the heart of Ginza with plenty of food and convenience stores nearby. The subway station is just a short walk away. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and nice city views. The housekeeping service was excellent, replacing used items daily.
One of the drawbacks was that we were given a level 3 room facing the road, which resulted in some noise from passing vehicles and ambulances. the lack of a concierge made it difficult to get restaurant recommendations and reservations.

This hotel is conveniently located in Ginza, with easy access to the subway. the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. the room was spacious, modern, and had exclusive amenities such as a comfortable sofa and table. the private facilities were also luxurious, especially the bathroom with high-quality toiletries.
The bed was slightly curved and not the most comfortable, but it was only a minor issue. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ginza.
